Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 July 2026.

These Terms of Service govern access to RingoDate, a dating, relationship discovery and matchmaking platform operated by Alliance Media LLC. By creating an account or using RingoDate, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. You must provide accurate information, complete required verification, maintain one genuine account unless authorised otherwise, and keep your credentials secure.

2. Matchmaking and user responsibility

RingoDate may provide recommendations, compatibility indicators, AI-assisted content and human matchmaking tools. These features do not guarantee accuracy, identity, compatibility, safety, a meeting or a relationship. You are responsible for your decisions, communications, meetings and safety precautions.

3. Acceptable conduct

You must not impersonate another person; use fake or misleading profile information; harass, threaten, exploit or discriminate; solicit money deceptively; distribute sexual content involving minors; promote violence or illegal activity; scrape data; bypass security or payment controls; send spam; manipulate likes, gifts or engagement; misuse health or identity information; or use RingoDate for trafficking, prostitution, fraud or other prohibited conduct.

4. Profiles, content and communications

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Alliance Media LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt and promote that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve and market RingoDate, subject to your settings and applicable law. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required for everything you upload.

5. Verification and safety

Verification badges and safety tools reduce risk but do not guarantee a person’s identity, history, intentions or conduct. RingoDate requires a clear main profile photograph and may require government-issued identity evidence and a fresh selfie before matchmaking or member contact. Private identity evidence is not displayed publicly. RingoDate may review reports, request resubmission and preserve relevant evidence where reasonably necessary. Users should follow safe-dating guidance and report concerns.

6. Social, live and communication features

Messages, calls, livestreams, posts, stories, media and gifts must comply with these Terms and Community Guidelines. RingoDate may remove content, limit reach, suspend live access, restrict communication or preserve evidence when necessary for safety, moderation or legal compliance.

7. Credits, gifts, subscriptions and payments

Prices, currencies, benefits and limits are shown before purchase. Virtual credits and gifts are platform features, not cash or deposits, unless specific eligible earnings are recorded in the RingoDate earnings ledger. Purchases may be subject to provider terms, taxes, exchange rates, renewal rules and refund policies displayed at checkout.

8. Earnings and payouts

Eligible recipients may be permitted to request payout of approved earnings after platform commission, verification, holds, provider fees, refunds, reversals and fraud checks. Payout eligibility, minimums, supported countries and methods may change. Self-gifting, collusion, chargeback abuse and artificial engagement are prohibited.

9. Third-party services

RingoDate may integrate third-party services for authentication, media, calls, payments, payouts, maps, translation and communications. Those services may have separate terms and availability. RingoDate is not responsible for outages or actions outside its reasonable control.

10. Enforcement and account termination

We may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate accounts; remove content; freeze balances; cancel benefits; or report conduct where reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, respond to fraud or comply with law. Users may close their accounts subject to retention of records required for security, legal or financial purposes.

11. Intellectual property

RingoDate software, branding, designs, databases and platform materials are owned by or licensed to Alliance Media LLC. Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, resell or create derivative platform services. See the Intellectual Property Notice for additional details.

12. Disclaimers and limitation

RingoDate is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, successful matchmaking, user conduct or the accuracy of user-provided information. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as features, providers or laws change. Material changes may require renewed acceptance. Questions may be sent to legal@ringodate.com.

These Terms are a platform-ready draft and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before full public launch in every target jurisdiction, including final governing-law, dispute-resolution, refund and subscription wording.
